Our General English courses focuses on the four main skills of reading, writing, speaking and listening while developing each student’s individual grammar and vocabulary. Lessons are taught using a task-based method involving topics and themes from everyday life. Alternatively, groups can decide to focus on exam preparation or one of the following areas:

We have created a programme designed for school groups who want to have Business English lessons on topics related to Alternanza Scuola Lavoro. The materials used in this course are from Pearson Market Leader which has been developed in association with the Financial Times, one of the leading sources of business information in the world.

Recognising the increasing adoption of CLIL throughout Europe we have designed a series of projects related to themes covered in general high school curriculum. Students learn about aspects related to these themes through English in class and then visit museums or places of interest in Dublin which provide real life practical examples.

Closed groups – International Classes
Groups studying for 2 weeks or less will only be offered classes in closed groups. Integrating large numbers of students for short periods is too disruptive to the individual students in class. We can occasionally offer a handful of students the opportunity if there is availability at their level on the day of arrival.

Arrival days
We are very flexible and will accept arrival on any day of the week. Classes start the next weekday and are scheduled to fit the dates of travel. Groups that arrive mid-week and carry into a second week may be offered an alternative class timetable for the last few days of their programme. No lessons will be offered on bank holidays but activities are offered instead.
